Well, many people try to control their weight by skipping breakfast so
when you start adding it in before making any other adjustments, that can happen.
But the issue is not with the "program" - can you see that?

: coffee & tea (avoid sugar)
The point is to NOT think about restricting sugar on step one but to simply master a new skill.
Why not enjoy the coffee and tea? The process here is actually really very different from what you
are used to. Are you on the Step One list? We are talking about many of these things there.
