Just getting started

Hello all, I am new to this forum but not new to the idea of Radiant Recovery. I had read this book several years about but I wasn't quite ready to take in the information. I wanted to believe that all my disordered eating, especially with sugar and refined carbohydrates was due to me just being too hard on myself. I spent the next 10+ years in and out of compulsive eating- one minute feeling that it was behind me and then later find myself right back into the food with a vengeance. I recently picked up Potatoes Not Prozac again and I was reminded how much it spoke to me... and now I am ready to accept my sugar sensitive body. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with the members of the community for support and fellowship.
