Hi Sharon. Welcome to Radiant Recovery! The forum hasn't been very active lately, although we are hoping to bring it back.
I agree we have to be in the right place - I think I discovered this program at exactly the right time, when I was willing to do whatever it took (not that the program is horribly difficult or anything.)

My best advice is to take things really slowly. Have you started working on breakfast yet? Do you know the 4 parts of breakfast? Having protein at breakfast made a huge difference for me.
