Here is the recipe I use Marcy

I went looking through web site recipes could not find the recipe I use, but did find one for praline sweet potato. I know I got this recipe sometime from someone in our community.

3 lbs sweet potatoes or yams
2 T butter
2 T orange juice
1 1/2 cinnamon
1/2 ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
topping
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup rolled oats
3/4 cinnamon
4 T butter
cook sweet potatoes, mash adding rest of first ingredients, put in greased 9by 12 pan, combine topping ingredients crumble over sweet potatoes
Bake 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and hit throughout

I enjoy hot out of oven or out of fridge the next day.
