Breakfast Pie

First, I cooked some turkey sausage, crumbled it up during cooking. I put this in a pie pan to be the “crust” for my pie.

Next I lightly browned some green pepper and onion and added it to my pie.

Next I put a layer of grated cheese.

Then I beat 6 eggs and a little milk and poured this over the pie. Added some salt and paprika and baked it for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

I put a small slice of tomato on top when it was done. You could vary this basic idea a lot using different veggies and maybe even substituting crumbled bacon for the sausage.
