Banana Nut Bread

I 2/3 cups white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour (or 1 cup oat flour and 2/3 cup brown rice flour)
½ cup of butter softened
2 eggs
2 cups pureed banana
1/3 cup of water
1 ½ scoops of George’s Restore
2 tsp. orange flavoring (you can use others)
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking powder
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into non-stick or greased loaf pan and bake for an hour, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
