Pumpkin Corn Bread

1-1/2 cup corn meal (yellow or white)
1/2 cup flour (I used spelt)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 milk (i used oat milk)
1/4 chopped apple or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can pumpkin
1 egg
4 mini loaf pans

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.
2. Spray pans with olive oil. Sift dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Stir well.
3. Divide mixture evenly between pans.
4. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pans to cool. Serve with butter.
