Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups of rolled oats
½ cup of Stacy’s granola
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 eggs (or ½ cup eggbeaters)
1 scoop of George’s Restore
½ cup of unsalted crunchy organic peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray an 8” x 8″ pan with cooking spray. Spread the mixture out evenly in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Cut into granola bars.

Makes 8 – 10 bars.

Note: This recipe can be doubled, using a 9” x 13” pan.
