Hi Matthew,

I am in Brisbane, Australia and in some Healthfood stores (Mrs Flannery's) we are able to get bread from Sol Bakery which is just gorgeous. Also there is Celtic Bakery Break which I think are great toasted but not so good as sandwiches. There are a couple of brands that I feel are ok from Coles and Woolies ... I will check out what they are today and let you know later on as I can't remember their exact brand right now.
