Hi Matthew,
I like Bodhis bread which is made in Fremantle and sold in Coles. They have a mixed grain sprouted loaf, Barely Lupin and Oats, Sprouted Spelt, Rye, Dinkelbrot, oh all sorts.

The "Regal" bread made by Bovells Bakery that I buy at IGA for my family lists wholemeal flour 60%, Water, gluten, yeast, Iodised salt...
I dont eat that one, simply becasue I have found that my body does better wothout wheat, and I prefer Bodhis sprouted breads (smile)
