Thanksgiving is coming up here in the US, and I just thought I would share 2 of my favorite recipes that I enjoy using for the occasion. The first is the Wild Rice and Sweet Potato Stuffing, and the other is the Pumpkin Pecan Pie. For the pumpkin pie, I usually substitute the milk with coconut milk, and use 1/2 buckwheat and 1/2 brown rice flour for the crust, and it turns out just fine.

It's fun to try these recipes before the big day, so let us know if you find something new to introduce for your next holiday meal!
