A few weeks back my home computer was hit with a worm virus. I have scrubbed my computer with the antivirus but now the Microsoft E on my desk top no longer connects me to the internet. I have checked with my internet provider and I am pinging through (I have a DSL connection), but every address I enter I get "unable to fine server" or something to that effect. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
