Hello Samba. It's lovely to hear from you.

I was dubious about the internet at first too, because my ex-husband became addicted to on line chat rooms. But when I did wade in, first with on line groups for people who keep parrots, and then for Radiant Recovery, I found that it could be a good place to connect and get support. I don't think I could have done as well as I have with the program if I had done it in isolation.
