Hello, I have put a request in for PnP and it most likely will arrive at my library on Wednesday. So far I have been on a little rollercoaster, initially cutting out sugar altogether, then learning about the Radiant Recovery program. I was so glad to have sugar agin, in dessert, with my meals. After listening to the Connecticut NPR podcast that featured Kathleen and others, I am rethinking refined sugar. Step One breakfasts with all the protein can be fat city! I tried a protein shake with soymilk, protein powder and fruit, and with that a slice of multigrain toast, a smear of butter. Not bad. All the protein, way less fat. Once I start PnP I will post a comment- Allison, you are not alone, I'm a beginner too. :h4)
