Joy dots are fun to read. Here are mine:

This morning I set up my new scale for body weight. I didn't want to know how much I weigh! I have been doing Step 1 and 2 for about a month, but "guesstimated" my weight for protein amount. Turns out the protein grams were right for my weight anyway; I weigh 7 pounds less than I thought :h11) !
Have gained 30 pounds in the past two years and want to lose weight. I'm reading PnP and learning a lot.

Question: when's a good time to eat less? I understand the process is very very gradual, but are there ways I can tailor my food to start losing weight? I exercise 4 days a week with yoga,walking and rsistance bands (weight training)
