Hi Carol,
I am glad you wrote, Nice that you found us. The program is designed to help you heal your biochemistry
by doing the 7 steps. We encourage looking at weight loss after you have done the steps so you are coming to it with a balanced brain. If you feel you have mastered step 1, you might start journaling which will give you information about what and how you are
actually eating.
