I really enjoy quinoa, but over the years have noticed that there are some who just don't seem to feel *satisfied* with them. I wonder if you mixed it with something like black or pinto beans, if that would seem to hold you better. Also, cravings really depend on a lot of things...where you are in the steps...if you are under any stress...if you eat on time...etc.
