Hi Chloe:

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother-in-law. That is so hard. Good for you for keeping your food mainly steady. It is not easy in someone else's home and when you are grieving. I find when I come back from something like this, that focusing very carefully on my food and adding extra browns helps.
