Please answer all questions:

1 - when you went to http://radiantrecovery.com/members/chat.html, did you get a pop up box to put in your username and password? (This is where you would put in the YLD username and password)

2 - when you saw the page that said SigmaChat, was the Sigmachat at the bottom? If so, then up above it, was there another place to for Username and Password? If not, what did you see?

3 - If you got the screen with the second username and password as described in 2, you should just put you cursor where it says Username and type your name. You do not have to put in a password at this point. You did not need to click on the SigmaChat logo

4 - Where did you get the directions from that you are following? Was it in an email? The reason I ask is that the YLD User Manual refers to Sigmachat, so I wonder if you are referring to a place that has old instructions (referring to Multicity, which we don't use any more).

You have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to read it - if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can get that at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Scroll half-way down the page and follow the steps and you'll be all set.
Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can look at the YLD Manual and it has all the right steps to follow in pretty good detail.
