Hi Kitty, OK, I went back to the tools, etc. and made sure that Adobe and Java were enabled. They are both enabled now. I entered my name, Ann Fine, and after a few seconds I received a "welcome" and on the screen it said,"Nice to see you" and "You have entered the Main Room". Does this mean that I will be able to get into the chatrooms from now on? Ann
