Hi Kitty:
1. After I went to the address: http://radiantrecovery.com/members.chat.html I put in the YLD username and password.
2.Then I got a screen with YOUR LAST DIET on the top of the page, a blank middle of the page and at the bottom a blue box with the SigmaChat icon. There was no place above the icon where I could enter a Username and Password.
3. The directions I was following before must have been old instructions that referred to Multicity.
4. I followed your directions and enabled Adobe and Chat access. I will try again with that and see if it helps. I will update you.
