when I go into the chat site, i don't get anything but a gray box. So I'm guessing I need a Java update.

Where do I go to get that?

I have read the manuel twice and although I see mention of Java, I cannot find where it tells me how to get the update.

I'm sorry I've waited so long to answer, cuz now I'd like to chat this evening and I still haven't solved my problem.
