Hi Jessie. It's nice to have you back.
I think we all start out thinking we are the one person who is so messed up that the program won't work for us. I know I used to feel that I was more messed up than other people. But the program worked for me, and it will work for you too.

Yes, after quitting everything that way, you would feel lousy. It will probably be a relief to just think about breakfast. Have you found something you like? I usually have a protein shake. I like having the same breakfast every day. It's comforting.
