Popping in to say hello

Hi everyone,

After what has been a very busy summer, I am really looking forward to getting into a routine again, and having more time to plan and prepare meals. I had a lot of adventures this summer, including going canoe camping for the first time! Thanks to my time on the program, I was able to plan good, hearty meals in advance that sustained me during all that activity. I used my dehydrator to make inexpensive camping food that cooked up really easily with just a bit of hot water. I even found some crispy cheese snacks that were light to carry and didn't need refrigeration. Yum!

I want to wander back through the steps with a beginner's mind, so I'll be revisiting breakfast as of tomorrow! All 4 parts! :h2)
