Maria, I can't remember what your usual breakfast is. But when I am in the mood for a hot breakfast, one of my options is oatmeal with protein powder and Greek yogurt. I cook the oatmeal with blueberries or chopped apple, and add some coconut oil and chia seeds. Then I mix protein powder into the Greek yogurt and stir it into the oatmeal.

Greek yogurt is also a wonderful protein top up when stirred into stews or soups. We live in New Mexico and my husband likes to add a lot of chile to our soups and stews, so I add a bit of Greek yogurt to cool things down a bit, make the soup more creamy, and in case the protein didn't get evenly distributed in the servings.
