I have been using the CD for quite awhile and it really is amazing! I think the reason that it is so soothing to me is because it is Kathleen's voice and I trust her so much. It is just like being a small child again and having mom or grandma singing me a lullaby right before sleep.

I rarely hear the whole thing either. I recommend it all the time for those suffering from PTSD symptoms. It healed me.
