I use your idea a lot, as its so convenient any time, I call mine flat bread. not that it is a bit bready!

have you tried adding anything to it? I am particularly fond of adding walnuts in it, chopped fairly small, but enough to have some chunks

and then theres a seed mix I get, which has pumpkin, sesame in it,, that goes really nutty and nice, just throw in a handful.
