I do like the seed/pumpkin idea. In fact I have both canned and fresh pumpkin at home waiting for me to joyfully use up!

By the way, I purchased some lime relish yesterday at the grocery story!! Cannot wait to make the lime, coconut, fish, brown rice dish that is posted on the company's website!
