Jeffrey, in the UK, we are really lucky with ingredients these days and can get those in any supermarket...however, what we call gram flour is chickpea flour or garbanzo flour so I am hoping you find a source for garbanzo flour easier!

oh and the courgette is zucchini ( I should think of these translation things before posting videos )

I think all the spices are universal though
