glad you wrote. I think ou have done really well so far, getting that bit of experience and being able to identify those seperate challenges. :h12)

it sounds an awful lot to think of all at once. Are you doing breakfast at the moment? Can you focus on that and find some good breakfasts that will start to help ( I do hear you on the eggs! I once ate so many eggs I went right off them, but now my favourites are omelette and fried egg salad)

as you know keeping in touch really does help, so have you found the lists helpful in the past? step one list will I am sure have ideas for you.. and have you seen 'doing the program on less?' you can find that one under make connections too.

meanwhile come and share breakfast with us? today I had shake/flat bread but my favourite bargain breakfast was cottage cheese mixed with toasted oats and tart fruit. cottage cheese is really dense protein for volume :h10)
