Hi Tiffany,

You might really enjoy the group that Mosaic suggested...Doing the Program on Less.

And you have quite a persevering spirit to come and try again! Trying to tackle all of those difficulties at once would be hard. Are you able to focus just on breakfast and not worry about the rest of the day? And I understand about the eggs...they never have been one of my favorites. For breakfast, I actually cook up a bunch of chicken, and parcel them into my serving size, and freeze them. No one touches them...I think more because they don't know what they are :h11)

Anyway, glad you touched base here, and I hope you are able to figure out those difficulties!

: Hi everyone. I first read Potatoes
: Not Prozac in 2008. Ever since
: then I have made several attempts
: to stick to the seven step plan,
: and I never get past step three.
: But then something brings me to
: the realization that I need to try
: again. Honestly it is so hard. 1)
: We always go shopping at the start
: of the month because we have food
: stamps. I start running out of
: protein toward the end of the
: month. I pull together as much as
: I can but somewhere around the
: 20th-25th I just don't have
: anything else to eat. 2) The rest
: of my family isn't on RR and they
: don't really understand it, so I
: don't get much support at home. 3)
: The journaling always kills
: me...staying consistent with it is
: so hard for me. 4) At one point I
: get really tired of eggs.

: I don't want to spend the next few
: years starting and stopping RR...I
: am morbidly obese and my emotions
: are a roller coaster. I don't know
: how to overcome my RR challenges,
: especially the practical one of
: running out of food. Any advice
: would be appreciated. :s7(
