It is fine for you to use the .4 calculation so that means just getting
about 30 grams of protein for breakfast. You can get protein powder at Walmarts.
The key is to start. Have a shake and some eggs and oatmeal.

We have homeless people doing the program just fine :h5) so a lot of it is in being
creative and having some skill. and we are happing to teach you.
