Patty I am so glad you wrote. You wrote the above statement in your post. But right now the only thing you NEED to do is focus on step one. focus on breakfast tomorrow morning. I know. I hated when people would tell me that and still do when my program gets off. But they are right. Or focus on the step you are on.
