Hi Patty S,

This program has helped many diabetics, and I hope as you go through the steps, it will help you too. The steps for diabetics is pretty much the same, except you get to journal your blood sugar readings, so you get some great journal information right away!

Can you let us know what you are having for breakfast? Have you started step 1 yet? Success here starts with step 1. Today, I had leftover lentil chili for breakfast.
