Hi Lisa -
Have you re-joined the Step One list? Seems like you've found out that doing the steps slowly and in order works best. Another learning experience - that's how we progress. What did you have for breakfast today?

: Oh dear haven't had any obvious sugar
: since 27 Oct 2017 then last night
: had a good handful of my daughters
: chocolates ...
: I gave up sugar cold turkey 27th Oct
: after a huge week long carb binge
: that left me feeling bloated,
: tired and depressed. A few days
: later a voice in my head said to
: look for the pink book on my
: bookshelf, it was Kathleen's Sugar
: Addict Recovery programme. I
: bought it years ago and had
: forgotten I had it (also sitting
: there was Potatoes not Prozac) Yep
: been trying to do this since 2011!
: So classic scenario gave up sugar,
: started steps in any old order and
: ended up hidden in kitchen last
: night scoffing chocolate that my
: daughter had bought with her lunch
: money instead of sandwich! We are
: all sugar addicts in this house.
: Never mind I am not going to beat
: myself up, got sausage for
: breakfast even though I feel a bit
: sick. Back to step one, :h6)
