Giving up sugar cold turkey is pretty much a recipe for this kind of
drama. Way better to repair that brain first. :h11)
Don't think about it as *falling off the wagon* :h12) That sounds so punitive. You are just learning more.
It is all progress. This time if you try it the way it is designed, you will be shocked at how great you
feel.
