Welcome back, Lisa.
Having a good program breakfast will really help with all the holiday madness. I also find that when things get crazy, having my food to focus on helps me stay grounded.

I remember how much better I felt when I added protein to my breakfast. Hopefully you will also be feeling better soon. Slow and steady definitely wins the race, too. And it really does work if you do it the way it's written. I have not eaten sugar in about 20 years, and it takes no will power at all. Desserts are pretty things to look at but I have absolutely no desire to eat them.
