Hi Rosie. Welcome!
The bingeing goes away later in the steps. I know it's easier said than done, but the best thing you can do is to not put a lot of energy into worrying about it. You'll probably also find that when you start journaling, your ability to know what you're feeling will improve. When I started my journal, I would just write things like good, bad and blah. At least that gave me some idea of how things were going.

Have you found a breakfast you like? I usually have protein shake.
