Thank you so much for your reply. It is so inspiring to read about your experiences and what a positive impact doing this programme has had on your life. I'm starting step 2 and am finding it very interesting. I'm definately planning on making it to chat next week. Im in the UK so might be on a different one to you.
I love Greek yoghurt! Following your suggestion I'm having a good portion with my porridge and seeds!
