i restart the program last week, because i want to do it right. But now i have a little problem, because of my weight i have to eat 41g of protein for breakfast.
I am a vegetarian und i donīt want to eat next to my Shake (26g protein) 2 eggs per day. Because at the one side it isnīt enough variation and on the other side i am scared of too much cholesterol.
Please can somebody give some advises?
