thank you very much for your replies. The hint with cottage cheese, i will try it.

My problem isn´t that i cant eat the amount of protein. My problem is the less variation. I have no idea which protein-source i can use for variation. I´m a vegetarian and can´t use meat or fish. I´m afraid of too much eggs because of the cholesterol.
