Potato

Hello :)
Can you please advise - if the potato not suit me? I mean I have 3 meals a day, and it's really good for me, 3 full meals, after my dinner (3 hours later) i just can't have something else, I mean - I don't want to eat, and after having potato - its kind hard for my digestion, before the bad, and i dont feel light in the morning :) So if i will not do this - the whole program will not work and its better not to follow it?
