Joy dot: wearing some real jewelry today - hadn't worn it in ages.

What I did was to brew both kinds at home, and then mix the brewed coffee, rather than mixing the beans. I would take a container of decaf to work with me and mix it with my coffee there. So I had a cup of coffee/decaf at all the regular times I was used to having it, but each week, the proportion of decaf I was adding to each cup increased.
