Thank you so very much to everyone who replied to my post, and so quickly! It gives me (and my dear husband) hope. I will up my protein again and try to keep getting food into me, more water, etc. I have been reading my journal and playing with this for what feels like so long, too long, thankfully the info is in there, and I can keep looking and tweaking.

Dutifully eating more, drinking more water, aware as always that life stress demands better quality everything, but for the first time in five years of doing the food under less than ideal conditions, I am at a loss. But not without options! Thanks again, I will let you know how soon the fix works. :h12) Setting an alarm to eat, looking forward to the old me again, :h26) and considering all of your helpful thoughts!
