I hope I'm doing this right.

The suggestions sound great! Artichoke hearts, I've never tried artichoke, will have to do!

Would you elaborate on what you mean by "a variety if hot cereals"? I'd love to try this as I love oatmeal!

I'm still on plan one and this forum isn't nearly as easy to navigate as the other forums I've been on. I hope I get the hang of it soon. Thank you so much for helping me!

: Hi Amy. Welcome!
: I usually have shake for breakfast,
: but I've had other things as well.
: I don't cook in the morning. I
: have used dinner leftovers, or
: made a crustless quiche that I
: could just heat up in the morning
: and have with toast. To make it:
: spray an 8" square baking pan
: with non stick spray
: put 4 ounces of grated cheese in the
: bottom of the pan (crumbled feta
: is good)
: add vegetables if you want them. I
: like artichoke hearts, or sauteed
: mushrooms and onion.
: Beat 8 eggs and add 3/4 cup of plain
: greek yogurt. Pour over cheese and
: veggies.
: Bake at 325 until cooked through and
: the top is starting to brown. I
: cut it into 4 pieces. In the
: morning, I heat a piece up in the
: microwave.

: My husband makes omelettes ahead of
: time and reheats them for his
: breakfast, so that's another
: option.
