Hello Amy and welcome!

You've had some great ideas here and I'll add a few more. I do shake every morning but I've done in the past some turkey sausage and have made french toast, pancakes, waffles (all whole grain of course). You could do a breakfast burrito if you like eggs scrambled with cheese veggies and wrap up in tortilla and eat with salsa or hot sauce. I've heard many do oatmeal (or any hot cereal) and have some cottage cheese on the side.

You are only on step 1 so no need to worry about many of the other steps just yet. Do you know what the 4 parts of step 1 are: eat within an hour of waking up, enough protein for your weight, with a complex carb and every day. :h11) Let us know how else we can help you.
