Thanks, Chloe! This helps a lot. I tried a shake before a 5:30am spin class recently, and I had to back way of the intensity after the first ten minutes or so of the class because I was feeling kind of lightheaded. Also a bit sloshy in the tummy, Lol. I will try half a breakfast next time and see what happens. That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the ideas!

When you have your full breakfast and then swim, how much time between when you finish breakfast and start your swim?
