Hello Nancy. I too am a newbie to the group. Welcome! I am glad you are here. If you are here than you are already making strides. Focus on small bites when doing the program (pun slightly intended), and have fun with breakfast. I am currently in my 1 hour window, so I will be cooking up something here soon for myself. Probably eggs with lentils and sautéed vegetables and maybe a slice of toast - oh, and don't forget the coffee. Caffeine isn't a great supporter of the program, but I can't help it. I love my coffee, and I only have 2-3 cups (can you hear me making excuses for myself?)!
