well I can identify with that such a lot! I had a hard time with browns. I think I started off with one ryvita cracker.

that yogurt/walnut/seed combinations sounds right up my street. Are you ok with the protein grams in the yogurt?
I am dairy free currently, but I used to use greek yogurt as a sort of top-up protein, as the dense ones suit me best

heres an idea :h4) Toasted oats :h7) just toast some oats in a dry frying pan and stir them in. Lovely . My favourite way was with forest fruits and cottage cheese, but yogurt sounds just as nice

what sort of brown do you like generally?
