Slice them, add spice of your choice and microwave for 2 minutes until warm and soft. I often use a bit of ginger , nutmeg or cinnamon.
They are tasty on yogurt, oatmeal or with a few nuts .Experiment to see what suits you.
I often microwave fresh fruit like pears when in the mood for something warm after a cold salad..
